• We assist people who are experiencing homelessness or are housing-unstable.
  • We’re a collaborative initiative, working with C.H.A.N.C.E, Community Services Consortium, and others.
  • We work with area agencies to connect folks with services and housing.
  • We provide intensive case management when help is needed accessing resources.

Our outreach team distributes food, hygiene, and medical supplies, and provides assistance accessing services. Teams go out every Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM* to several Albany locations, and Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM to the Santiam Rest Area on I-5. We focus on building relationships and treating everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion.

*On days forecast to be 90 degrees or above, we will go out from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
